An event typically lasts for an hour, but it depends on the occasion. When an event catches your interest, RSVP at least 2 days in advance, ensuring we can accommodate everyone. Join us on the scheduled date, where you’ll find food and beverages available for your enjoyment. We value your input, so feel free to nominate suitable schedules for future events, helping us tailor our gatherings to your preferences.
What level of English proficiency is required to join?
Relaxed English Asia welcomes intermediate to advance English speakers who want to practice their speaking and listening proficiency, and comprehension of accents. Whether you’re a highschooler, uni students, or adults looking to improve your English fluency, we have the right activities for you.
What's the membership fee?
Membership comes with a one-time registration fee, granting you access to our vibrant community. You only pay for the events you attend, and the cost may vary each time. The amount you pay is used to cover the cost of food, beverages, and activity logistics, which are shared between participants. When you RSVP for an event, you won’t need to make any payments upfront. Instead, payments will be collected from participants after the event.
Where is the session location?
Currently, you can join our sessions in Jakarta (Indonesia), Bangkok, and Hua Hin (Thailand). Depending on the activity, we gather in various settings such as cafes, sports clubs, or other engaging locations that suit our session themes. Stay tuned for updates on our next exciting venue!

Do I need to participate in all club activities?
Participation in club activities is optional. You can attend as many or as few activities as you like, depending on your schedule and interests. Our pay-as-you-go fee offers flexibility, ensuring you benefit the most out of the resources you spend.
What if I miss a session I RSVP’d?
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you may miss a session. If you’re unable to attend an event you’ve RSVP’d for, simply inform the contact person of your absence. We prepare the food, beverage, and event equipment based on confirmed attendance, so your courtesy helps us plan accordingly.
